Return Policy

Purchase Cancellation

If you made a purchase through www.braziliancontour.com and received the product in perfect condition but are still not satisfied, you may request the cancellation of your purchase through our Customer Support Center by emailing creativecontourslim@gmail.com.

However, please be aware of the following rules.

Cancellation Period

According to the Consumer Protection Code (CDC), customers who make purchases through online stores have up to 7 (seven) days after receiving the product to request a cancellation.

Attention: The right of withdrawal is a true reflection period, designed to protect consumers from aggressive commercial practices and the lack of prior contact with the product. However, this reflection period does not entitle customers to test the product.

The cancellation request must be immediately communicated to Brazilian Contour, following these rules:

  • The item must be returned via postal service to the return address provided by our support team.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all manuals and accessories.
  • The product must be accompanied by the proof of purchase.
  • The product must not show any signs of use.

ATTENTION: Products sent outside these specifications will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Refund Policy

  • Credit Card: Refunds may take up to two billing cycles to be processed.
    Attention: Refunds are only processed after the product has been received and inspected at our Distribution Center. The item must not show any signs of use.

Note: All cancellation requests must be communicated to our Customer Support Center before returning the product. Otherwise, the request will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

Clothing and Footwear Exchanges

We do not exchange products due to incorrect sizing. We provide detailed measurements in centimeters on our website to help customers choose the correct size. According to the Consumer Protection Code (Article 18), there is no legal obligation for retailers to accept exchanges due to consumer regret regarding color, size, model, or any other preference-related reason.

The only legally ensured right to an exchange applies to defective products.

Defective Products

Product with a Suspected Manufacturing Defect

Products sold on Brazilian Contour come with a 90-day warranty for natural manufacturing defects.

How to request a defect evaluation?

Product Return Procedure

  • The item must be sent via postal service to the address listed on the purchase label.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The customer must include the proof of purchase with the product.
  • The customer must provide a written statement describing the suspected defect, explaining how the product was used and its frequency of use.

ATTENTION: Products sent outside these specifications will not be accepted for defect analysis and will be automatically returned to the sender.

Product Defect Analysis

The evaluation will be conducted by our suppliers, who will provide a final report on the exchange request.

Estimated completion time: 15 business days after receiving the product.

Approval for Exchange

  • The customer will receive a replacement product at their original shipping address, with no additional cost.
  • If the same model is out of stock, the customer will be notified and may choose another model from the available options on our website, up to the credit limit of the original product.
  • If there is a price difference between the new product and the defective one, the customer must pay the difference.

Denial of Exchange

If the exchange request is denied, the product will be returned to the customer with a rejection report, and no replacement will be provided.

Reasons for rejection:

  • No defect found (the issue reported by the customer was not detected).
  • Signs of improper use.
  • Accidental damage.
  • Normal wear and tear from use.
  • Improper washing or maintenance.

Automatic Order Cancellation by Brazilian Contour

Brazilian Contour may automatically cancel an order and release the purchased products in the following cases:

  • Failure to process payment on the credit card.
  • Inconsistent or incorrect customer data in the order.
  • Out-of-stock products.

Refunds Due to Order Cancellation by Brazilian Contour

Refunds will be issued in the following situations:

  • Delivery impossibility due to an incorrect or inaccessible address provided by the customer. In such cases, the product will be returned to our Distribution Center, and the product cost will be refunded to the customer, excluding shipping fees.
  • Stock shortages, where the product is no longer available due to high demand. The amount paid will be fully refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase. Customers will be notified about the stock issue.
